Meet the Team

Megan Crouse
Director / Physiotherapist
Megan Crouse graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2009 and commenced her physiotherapy career at One Military Hospital in 2010, specialising in orthopedics and amputations. It was here that she discovered her passion for biomechanical abnormalities
Transitioning to private practice at Unitas Hospital in 2011, Megan joined a limb reconstruction and deformity correction team. This experience further fueled her enthusiasm, particularly in chronic biomechanical abnormalities and their integration into limb reconstruction, particularly cases involving external fixations. The more complex the case, the more fulfilled she feels.
In 2015, Megan, along with her ex-business partner Colett Robbertse, established an in-hospital and outpatient practice at Midstream Mediclinic under the guidance of GRB Physiotherapists from Unitas. The practice was
known as Crouse and Robbertse Physiotherapists from 2021 until 2023, when it became Crouse and MacGregor Physiotherapists following Colett’s emigration.
Between 2021 and 2023, Megan pursued and completed a Master’s in Physiotherapy with distinction at the University of Witwatersrand, specialising in limb reconstruction with external fixation. She approaches patient care with a familial attitude, striving to ensure every patient leaves with a smile.
Outside of work, Megan is a devoted mother to two energetic daughters. She finds joy in her vegetable garden and running, whenever her daughters allow her the time. Megan strongly believes in the power of teamwork and continuous in-service training and education to provide evidence-based, patient-focused treatments.

Danielle MacGregor
Director / Physiotherapist
Danielle MacGregor joined Crouse and Robbertse Physiotherapists in 2021, following her graduation from the University of Pretoria in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy. She completed her community service year at Bertha Gxowa Rehabilitation Clinic in Germiston in 2020. Danielle has a keen interest in Neuromuscular-Skeletal disorders, which led her to complete the Advanced Neuromuscular-Skeletal (OMT) course hosted by the South African Society of Physiotherapy in 2023.
The year 2023 was pivotal for Danielle as she took on additional responsibilities, becoming a director alongside Megan in running the practice, following Colett’s departure.
This marked the establishment of Crouse and MacGregor Physiotherapists.
Danielle finds fulfillment in various aspects of physiotherapy and is committed to continuous learning and skill improvement to provide the best possible treatment for her patients. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her husband and dogs, enjoys playing Padel with friends, and indulges in gardening as a hobby.

Wilmari Brown
Physiotherapist
Wilmari grew up in Malalane, Mpumalanga. She completed her Physiotherapy degree at the University of Pretoria in 1995. Wilmari gained experience over the past 25 years, working in various Physiotherapy practices in Pretoria. She continuously attended various Physiotherapy courses to maintain and upskill her level of treatment.
3 main courses made a big impact in her way of evaluating and treating patients: the OMT 1 (Orthopaedic Manual Therapy 1/ Advanced Neuromuscular Skeletal Physiotherapy) completed in 2000, Cranial Sacral Therapy 1 and 2 completed in 2009 and 2012 and becoming a MAP Movement Trainer (Neural Myofascial Activated Postural Movement) in 2020.
Wilmari’s passion is supportive of the MAP Movement’s slogan: “Move while you can, Move before you can’t”. It is to assist patients and clients to progress to their personal maximum level of flexibility (mobility and strength) and to move without fear of movement. It is important to have empathy, to listen, to meet the patients on their level of pain, fear, and uncertainty. To discuss and give the relevant information, education, understanding and emotional support needed. Wilmari loves working hands-on and believes in the patient doing their part by doing daily exercises and applying the advice given during treatment session.
Outside of work, Wilmari enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She herself loves staying active by doing a weekly MAP Movement class, practicing Shorin Ryu Shorinkan Karate and leisurely jogging, and cycling off-road.
